Four steps.
Register your institution
Create the account and your first campus. We check your official email and domain before students can find you.
Import your students
Upload a CSV with email, name, roll number and batches, or invite students one at a time. Each gets an email.
Students accept
Each student reads exactly what you will see, then joins, or declines. Students whose email is on your domain can also ask to join.
Follow their progress
See each batch at a glance, open any student, and export the list for your placement meetings.

What institutions ask.
What does it cost?
Nothing. Institution accounts are free. Students use HiringNXT as they would on their own.
Can we see a student's resume or interview answers?
No. You see scores, counts and dates. Resume text, interview answers and recordings are never shared, whatever the student's status.
What happens when a student leaves?
They can leave at any time from their settings, without asking you. You stop seeing their progress that day and keep what you saw until then — unless they choose to erase it, in which case only an anonymous count remains.
Can we add students without their agreement?
You can invite anyone on your list. Nothing is visible until the student accepts; until then you see only the name you uploaded.
We have several campuses. Does that work?
Yes. Each campus has its own students, batches and staff, under one institution account.
Who on our side can see the data?
People you add to your team. A Coordinator manages students and batches; a View role is for faculty who follow progress without changing anything.
